CORE7 Affiliate Messaging Privacy Notice

CORE7 by Ampelis (“CORE7,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses CORE7 Affiliate Messaging to help manage communications involving our business Instagram account, core7.by.ampelis, including conversations with prospective affiliates.
This notice explains how that integration processes information. It supplements our main Privacy Policy and provides specific information about our Instagram messaging integration.
Request deletion of your information
Information we process
Through Meta’s authorized messaging services, we may receive:
- Instagram account and participant identifiers.
- Message and event identifiers.
- Message dates and times.
- Whether a message was incoming or outgoing.
- Information identifying the type of messaging event, such as a message or deletion notification.
Notifications supplied by Meta may also contain message text, attachment information, or other conversation details. Our current capture service processes these notifications temporarily to verify them and extract the information listed above. It does not retain message text, attachments, or complete conversation transcripts in its processing queue.
Authorized staff may also inspect limited conversation information through Meta’s services when checking that the connection works correctly.
How we use this information
We process this information to:
- Record outreach activity and identify when replies occur.
- Help our team organize communications and follow-up.
- Check the accuracy and reliability of the integration.
- Prevent duplicate processing and investigate technical problems.
The current capture pilot does not use artificial intelligence to analyze message content or automatically create opportunities in GoHighLevel.
Access and service providers
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers supporting these activities.
We use Microsoft Azure to host the capture service and its temporary processing queue. Information processed by this service is hosted in the United States.
Meta operates Instagram and its messaging services. We also use a separate GoHighLevel Instagram inbox connection to help our team manage conversations. That connection may contain message content independently of this capture service.
We do not sell or license information obtained through this Meta integration. We may disclose information where required by law or as otherwise permitted by applicable Meta requirements and our privacy notices.
Retention
During the current pilot, each entry in the capture service’s temporary processing queue automatically expires seven days after it is added.
This seven-day period applies to that queue entry. It does not establish a deletion schedule for the original Instagram conversation, copies in our separate GoHighLevel inbox, or other business records maintained outside the capture queue.
Limited operational records, such as processing counts and error information, may be retained to maintain reliability and investigate problems. The capture service’s operational logs are designed to exclude message text and attachments. We retain operational information only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable requirements.
Your choices and deletion requests
Anyone whose information we process through this integration may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask us to stop affiliate outreach.
Email info@ampelis.org with the subject “CORE7 Instagram Privacy Request.”
Include your Instagram handle and enough information to help us locate the relevant interaction, such as an approximate conversation date. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. Please do not send your Instagram password, access tokens, or other account credentials.
We will address requests concerning information under our control in accordance with applicable law and Meta’s requirements. If a legal requirement prevents deletion of particular information, we will explain the applicable limitation and restrict further use as appropriate.
For information maintained independently by Meta, you can also use Instagram’s privacy and account controls.
Security
We use safeguards designed to protect the information processed by this integration, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the integration develops. We will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are published.
Before introducing materially different processing—such as retaining message content, analyzing it with AI, or transferring captured information into additional workflows—we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain any required permissions.
